To see the actual "ENERGY CHARGE" the plan is offering please click on the button that says "PLAN DETAILS".

After clicking on the Plan Details below you will see that the energy charge is highlighted in yellow. Many of our competitors offer plans that have a bill credit that gets applied to your bill if you use a specific amount of electricity. This makes the energy charge look cheaper than what it actually is. If you use less electricity than the specific amount needed to receive the bill credit then the energy charge or rate is expensive, if you use more electricity than the specific amount needed to receive the bill credit then again the energy charge or rate is high.

We believe this is deceptive advertising and we only offer plans that have a true "FIXED RATE" so the energy charge or energy rate stays the same no matter how little or how much electricity you use.
